Government-Issued Photo ID (Check-in): A hard copy of a valid photo identity document from each guest, collected for legal compliance.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by third-party services. We DO NOT store or access your full financial details. Payment processing is facilitated through Razorpay or GPay Business.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for: Reservation Fulfillment, Legal Compliance (sharing with authorities/police in case of a formal request), and Communication regarding your stay or emergencies. We do not use your information for marketing or newsletters.

Sharing and Disclosure

Your data is only shared with Razorpay or GPay Business for payment processing, wix may collect your preferences and other data for better experience with website and with law enforcement or governmental agencies if legally mandated.
